Within the Lexington county public library system branch libraries of Swansea, Gaston, and Pelion, are there adequate programs, material, and services in place to support the needs of the Latino populations in these communities? What are the current services for theses patrons? Do the
Latino residents our county know of the programs available. What things can the library do to enhance services? Is there a need to create or enhance services? What specific things could be done?
